Let me show you around and tell you a little about the cottage, I hope you'll like what you see.
In 2005 I carried out an extensive renovation project to convert the cottage into a self catering holiday cottage, catering for those wishing to take advantage of the wealth of outdoor activities available in the local area. These include golf, fishing (Fly/Pike & Course), horse riding, walking and canoeing to name just a few.

As we walk through the front door you enter the lounge area compraising of comfortable chairs, coffee table and televison with DVD player. The cottage is also fully central heated.
The kitchen diner adjoins the lounge in the main hall, an open plan design gives the cottage a spacious feel, ideal for social interaction for larger parties of holiday makers. The kitchen is fully fitted with everything you will need to prepare your meals, whether its just warming up a take away in the microwave, a quick fry up or a full Sunday lunch.
Off from the main hall on the ground floor are four rooms, on one side you will find two ensuite bedrooms each having two single beds, bed lining is propvided. On the other side is a drying room which is fully equiped with a washing machine and dryer also a separate toilet and shower room.
                             
                             
An ornate staircase leads up to the first floor bedrooms, the first of these rooms will sleep two whereas the second room is a single, bed lining provided. In total the cottage has seven beds.
The cottage also benefits from outside storage facilities ideal for fishing tackle, bait and hanging those wet nets out to dry overnight.
